Westin Bora Bora Resort & Spa, Bora Bora

The resort had fantastic rooms, but mine wasn't available right away. The staff at check-in kindly offered us options to refresh before our flight home, which was super convenient as they had showers to freshen up. The rooms we eventually stayed in were wonderful and clean.

I stayed at the hotel located at the end of the pontoon, offering crystal clear water views but with rooms that felt worn out like an old club. The service, though trying hard, didn't meet Le Méridien standards. On the bright side, the stunning location surrounded by water and wonderful snorkeling opportunities make it a paradise destination.

The hotel rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, filled with creative details that you just have to see. However, they were situated at the very end of the 300's pontoon. The service was outstanding, from the warm greeting at reception to the helpful assistance with activities and even in planning tours. The location offers plenty to do, from paddleboarding to snorkeling, all on Motu Piti A'au with a magnificent view. The dining was really delicious featuring high-end produce, though the same menu every day at the buffet could be a downside. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Although our rooms were close to the boat traffic and lacked the view of the iconic Bora Bora mountain, the hotel's service was exceptional, and the location was stunning with perfect views of Mount Otemanu and excellent snorkeling opportunities.
